Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

I suddenly can't play the album by Kim Deal: "Nobody Loves You More" in 24/96 through ROON or ARC. I can play the std version and other high res albums and I can also play Kim Deal's album via my Qobuz app on my mobile phone and on my PC. What could be the reason...?
