Unable to Play Playlists or Tracks After Latest Update on April 17th in France (ref#ING685)

hello,after ,last update today ,april17 5.00 france i cannot read any playlist ,when i click on play ,the length of the track shows only back and and forth movements if it was searching ,this happens on all tracks and any playlist or search .Thank you for your answer .Regards

Have you done basic troubleshooting like rebooting everything from the network outward?

Hello ,thank you for your prompt answer , i did reboot streamer -dac and restart computer when the problem appeared.

the only thing i did nt reboot is the internet box .

Anyway ,for 3 hours ,only low resolution titles could be played

The problem has been solved now and i did nt touch anything else.probably a miracle !! .

Can you explain in more detail? Please provide relevant screenshots, i.e., error message, including signal path.

I did’found any error message through path of the signal ,let say on tracks in my regular lists it was permanently moving in blue (1)from right to left ( like searching)on the track on the counter (2)and did nt show any resolution color (3)of the title .i will add that listening to some poor resolution (yellow )was possible ;I hope yo receive the .jpg image cause i cant see it on the message ,tell me if not in which format you would like to receive it

The signal path would be helpful as it shows the source etc. Likewise, how are the server and endpoints connected to your network? Furthermore, have you checked that all tracks in the playlist are available?
