Unable to receive KCSM radio

Windows 10 intel I5 8 gigs ram current build number (installed 2weeks ago)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer)
Telus fibre optic hard wired Ethernet.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection)
USB from computer to Moon 340ix receiver

Description Of Issue
Unable to receive KCSM on internet radio. Pasted URL from Tunein

Into add radio station and successfully added the station. Pushed play and got the message “ unable to play this station. It’s address may have changed or it may be temporarily unavailable” This station plays with tunein
