Unable to reply to a Roon community email!

Folks, this is the 2nd time I wrote a detailed explanation of a problem I am having only to find I got an unable to send email error!!!

Just simply replied and got a send error!!!

Are you trying to reply to the ‘alert’ email? I don’t think that will work. You need to come back to the forum and post a reply in the thread.

Roon doesn’t address problems thru email or phone support.
