Most recent diagnostics show a successful login on a Windows RoonServer install with your account in the last few days.

Are you still encountering any issues with single sign-on?

We’re here to support if so. In the meantime, as a workaround, I suggest you try entering the web administration page for your router and changing the DNS servers to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS.

I have the same issue. Was going to do a trial to test Roon but can’t even get anything installed to try it. I think there’s a website issue that is happening because I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Vivaldi and get stuck on the same page. I couldn’t even login to post here on my PC, had to login from my phone to make this post.

That’s very odd. The Roon Community forum uses the Discourse system and is completely separate from the Roon software and its services.
