If you’re unable to sign into Tidal in Roon via the Settings → Services → Tidal dialog page, then I’d first check the status of your account by logging into Tidal’s account page in a web browser from the same machine you’re using as a Roon controller.

If you can log in without issue to their account page directly, then fully sign out, restart RoonServer, and attempt to sign in again from Settings → Services.

If you’re still having issues, then access your router web administration settings page and verify that a reliable DNS server is assigned. We recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8).
