@Ravindran_Velusamy, welcome to the Community. What happens if you choose “Select a different Roon Server”?

Hii, many thanks for the suggestion, tried but same result, back same page as in pic

If you describe your network in more detail (all the equipment and how it is connected and configured), it will help the support team help you much better.

Are you sure that Roon Server is actually running on your laptop? Since the latest release, Roon and Roon Server are now two separate applications.

Hi @Ravindran_Velusamy,

Can you please clarify how many machines are involved in your setup? @Geoff_Coupe is correct, the most recent updates (1353 and above) have split RoonServer and Roon into two dedicated applications. Basic account information available to us can’t confirm whether your machine has properly taken this download, so it’s best to be exhaustive.

  • Make a Backup of your current RoonServer Database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your RoonServer’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the RoonApp from our Downloads Page to generate a new RoonServer instance
  • On the Roon Remotes, press “Use another Roon Server” and connect to the new database
