Hi @Grayson_Williams,

No need to worry about the Switch dialog! You can simply install Roon on your MacBook Pro and log in with your Roon account. During the login process, Roon will detect that your account already has an active server elsewhere and will prompt you to deauthorize the old PC — this is completely safe to do since you no longer have access to it anyway.

Let us know if you run into anything!

Hi @Grayson_Williams,

Just checking in on this. Were you able to install Roon on your MacBook Pro and log in so it could detect the active Roon Server on the old PC and prompt you to deauthorize it? If you ran into anything during that step, let us know what you saw and we can help from there, thanks.

Hi @Grayson_Williams,

Our diagonstics show a Nucleus Titan is now online and associated with your account. Please reach out if we can assist with any issues on this new machine. Thank you!
