Comcast xfinity modem 3ft Ethernet cable to Cisco router. 45ft Ethernet cable from Cisco to core server.
Ethernet out of server to Sotm endpoint.
I phone indicates I need to update a network connected device. My core tries to update but just spins with out updating. I switched to different core (office pc) and it went through the update just fine! Please help with my main audio pc.

Since experiencing this issue have you tried rebooting your Core machine? Is the update successful after doing so?
I have rebooted several times including Core PC, modem and switch. Roon is still saying I need update!

Can you please try checking for an update in the Roon Settings -> About tab once more, note the exact local time you perform this check (e.g. 7:19PM) and then manually send me a copy of your Roon logs by using these instructions? Thank you.
I ended up uninstalling Roon server and reinstalled Roon server. All is working now!
