Hello @DonDirkos ,

Can you please try to perform a full reboot of your Roon Server (power off, wait 30 seconds for server to be fully off, power back on). Then try the update again and let us know if this helps.

I am not sure if the update problems are caused by using VitOS to install the roon server on my Silent Angel Rhein Z1C.

Maybe I need to wait until the roon server update is available in VitOS?

Yes, the answer is still pending.

At the moment it looks more like a bug in the Roon Linux installer. It seems that a directory cannot be created and the update process is aborted.

Hi @DonDirkos,

Roon is unpacking the update to a static filename that remains in existence, probably from a previous update.

This machine is not officially supported by Roon and it remains the jurisdiction of the manufacturer to provide support these cases. Please see here:
