Describe the issue

I am seeing a ton of music in my qobuz library not added by me. I don’t see these albums on Qobuz. I suspect there is an issue with my Qobuz connection

Describe your network setup

Roon on Mac. Listening on the Mac

I don’t know if this is related or not, but I got the same error message yesterday when trying to delete a Qobuz album in my library that was no longer available for streaming. I gave up trying to delete it. However, today when I looked, the album was gone.

It seems for a while now the Qobuz/Roon integration has had significant issues that haven’t been solved for everyone. :frowning:

Adding more details. I don’t see any of my Qobuz music in library, I can see it under Qobuz.

I removed Qobuz, I still see these extra tracks.

This should be looked into with high urgency since someone else’s library is showing up.

Hi @Mohit_Sinha,
Welcome to the Roon community! I’m sorry that a problem is what brought you here for the first time.

To start, can you go to Roon Settings → Library and click on Library Cleanup? In the window that appears, check if any files are listed that need to be cleaned up.
Additionally, can you try signing out of Qobuz in Roon and then signing back in again? This can help refresh the connection and often resolves related issues.

Let us know how it goes!
