Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
When trying to load a new album from Tidal I get …

“Unexpected Error Loading album”

So we can better assist you, would you kindly:

  • Describe your networking setup
  • Confirm whether this happens for only one specific album or all albums
  • Try rebooting your Core machine and let us know if that helps
