The app throws the error 'Unexpected Playback Error'

iPhone on mobile network. It works normally but these days has started to show the error. It is not the first time that it has happened.

We have analyzed your diagnostics data and could’ve spotted one playback failure from yesterday, but it was related to network instability.
Could you please provide us with the time stamp(time (AM/PM) + date) when the issue will next happen so we can check the issue precisely ?
