Based on your screenshot, it looks like you’re using Arc over wifi, do you also see this issue when using Arc over cellular data?
From your screenshot, it looks like your queue contains primarily Qobuz content. Do you see this issue when playing from your local library as well?
Do you have any issues with Qobuz content when using Roon?
If you haven’t yet, I would safely stop Roon Server from running, then give your ROCK, router, and mobile device a reboot, and see if the behavior continues.
If it does, are you able to perform a fresh install of Arc on the mobile device? If you have a large number of downloaded tracks, I often find that adding them to a specific playlist before removing Arc makes it a bit easier.
