Description Of Issue

Dear Roon-Support,
my Amplifier with built-in DAC is a unidentified device.
The T+A PA 1100 E is the newest Device on the E-Serie.
But it is not listed in the search options in Roon device configuration.
Please can you identify my device?

THX
Martin

If the T+A PA 1100 E isn’t listed that likely because it’s not Roon Tested (only Roon Tested devices have a bespoke icon.) However, that doesn’t mean it won’t work with Roon. You’ll have to configure the Device Settings according to the specifications. It looks like the USB input supports up to 384kHz/32-bit and DSD256 with no MQA support.

Roon will query the DAC and the defaults should work well for you. Post a screenshot of Device Settings, including Advanced, and someone here can advise or help if there’s an issue with playback.

Hello @Martin83, Martin Webster is correct here, that device is still working on receiving certification.
