Volume cannot be controlled. Slider stays up at the top. I can drag it down but it goes right back up on its own. This Roon controller is useless. I have complained about this six or eight times. No one has provided a fix for this while it has just gotten worse and worse. It is completely useless now. Volume is totally stuck. I would like a refund.

Antipodes K50 with outboard Antipodes disc drive, 1.5 years old connected to network via hard wire. Controlling this with Surface laptop and Android phone. Same problem with both devices.
