Describe the issue

Classical albums that I’ve never played or heard of have been “added” to my Roon album library and associated artists have added to my Roon artist library. Probably at least 100 albums. As far as I know I haven’t played tracks from these albums nor were they on any playlist I’ve played. I subscribe to Qobuz and none of these albums or artists are currently in my Qobuz library or been played on Qobuz. My Roon library is now a cluttered mess. I can delete these albums one at a time but this is very tedious. How can I get rid of this stuff? And how can I prevent this from happening again?

Describe your network setup

My music source is a Roon Nucleus. It connects via Ethernet cable to a switch from which an Ethernet cable connects to a PS Audio Direct Stream Dac equipped with a Bridge II.

Hey @Larry_Johnson,

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report!

When you access your Qobuz account or your Qobuz app directly, do you see the same albums in your account? Or, is it only on Roon?

If you head into Roon Settings>Services>Qobuz and disable your connection, reboot Roon Server, and resync, do you see the same unwanted albums?

Our team isn’t around during the weekend, so if we miss your reply before then, we’ll be back first thing Monday morning! Thank you! :raised_hands:

Hey Benjamin, your suggestion worked. The unwanted albums added to my Roon library are gone (they were never in my Qobuz library). Many of the associated artists are still in my Roon artist list, but I can live with that.

Thank you!
