I just updated my sonicTransporter. Roon is working on my Qnap. I can’t connect to my Roon server. And I don’t how to update. I participate in early access program. And have also hooked of for this in SonicTransporter settings.
According to your screenshot, it is enrolled in “production”, not “early access”. In production, 1401 is indeed the latest version (it is 1402 in early access) but I have no idea why it asks for an update. As the SonicTransporter comes with Roon Server preinstalled, did you try asking Small Green Computer who sold it?
Did a reinstall. SGC use Roon 1.8. Maybe an issue. But after install, I have the latest version. Problem still the same. Update required.

I may have isolated the problem. I’m on a iPad now. Logged in via PC (Remote Desktop).
Now update not required. But now the problem is I can’t log in. Which may be related to I’m on Remote Desktop on an iPad.
Edit. Was able to connect using iPhone to connect to Roon PC server. Got access to this version of Roon after database upgrade. Which is of no help at all.
OK. It’s probably solved. Think issue was I was an early access user.
Deleted Roon App on phone , and reinstalled. Have access now both iPhone and iPad.
