Update to ver 3.0 doesn't work

Running a ROCK NUC with the latest 1657 build, it is UEFI and my current ROCK NUC is showing Tailscale options.

Following the directions and putting the downloaded .bin into the Reinstall folder and the running reinstall did nothing. The .bin was removed but still on V2 1657.

1657 is the server build, is the OS still at 2.1 build 270 (the last OS build for UEFI before the new 3.0)?

Never mind, I actually did update to v3, I was just looking at the RoonServer version and not seeing it change.
