HI, I updated my mac OS on saturday to 26.4.1. Since then ROON can not find my MOON unit. Anybody encountered the sam issue? Best, Johan Wedin
I also did that update yesterday, everything’s normal here, MMM2 Pro.
Note that due to Apple’s paranoid local network permissions since Sequoia, you have to do this dance after every macOS update (and sometimes possible after Roon updates, too):
Hi, thank you both for replying so fast, greatly appreciated. When I go to security settings roon is not in the list, I guess this is the problem and I must reinstall roon? Best, Johan
HI, thanks, I will first try to roll back the mac upgdrade then reinstall roon if that does not work. Best, Johan
Im on the MacOS beta test version and also on the roon early access version and i didn’t have to do this for months now. Not once .
Others did (if you look though Support there are cases more or less every day, so doing it should be a first step anyway. In any case, the entries shouldn’t be missing)
Hi, just to let you know its working again, issue was in mac os that had blocked ROON, thanks all, best, Johan
