Had a prompt to do 2 downloads on my iPad a few minutes ago; 1 for the new app version and 1 for the core? My core is installed on a PC in another room. Looks like no possibility to update the core on PC as Roon website core download page has no version number…Is there something else that should be done?

The Core should automatically update, it may take a bit of time. Can you let me know if you are seeing any error messages and if so, can you post a screenshot of the message?

Everything is working at this stage… no errors or any bugs. Looks quite nice.
Was confusing to see a prompt on ipad to dnload core…when core is definitely on PC and not ipad. So far, so good. Thanks for reply.
