Hi @levent_gergin ,
Is your Qobuz account on a trial license or fully paid?
If you are on a trial this explains the message, as Qobuz licensing doesn’t allow 3rd party streaming against trials.
If you are on a paid subscription, I’d recommend removing the Qobuz account from Roon and then login back in again.

Please see the above response. Verify your Qobuz account tier on their accounts page , and then log out and back into Qobuz via the Settings → Services page in Roon.
