No problems now. I came back 2 hour later everything is working now. I did not realize is downloaded took a long time. Sorry for wasting your time .

Okay, I think I may have an idea of what has happened. If you’re using an iPhone, downloading can’t happen in the background, but only when the ARC app is in the foreground. Downloading should be fairly swift then.

Give this a try and let me know how you get along.
