Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Roland SuperUA USB audio interface connected to windows 10 PC (not running the Core)

Description Of Issue

The audio interface is no longer available since the update to 1.8. It’s not showing up in the ‘Audio’ tab under ‘Settings’. In the past I used ASIO or WASAPI to send audio to the device. As a note, the interface is currently working with other software.

Hi @dailymango

Are other audio devices showing up here okay?

If you disable your firewall temporarily is there any change?

Hi @dylan, thanks, all the other audio devices (networked in this case) are doing fine. Should I disable the firewall on the core machine or endpoint machine (or both)?

disabling and enabling the firewall on the end point appeared not to make a difference initially.

After a while however, windows asked me firewall permission for Roon and the USB device was found again. Thanks for your support.
