is there a consumer DAC that meets USB Class Compliant spec?
Most USB DACs are class compliant, i.e., the work with Linux, macOS and Windows without additional drivers. However, some require a driver for native DSD, albeit this is usually only available on Windows. DSD over PCM is supported without a driver.
Pretty much every one that has a USB-B connector on it will work with USB Audio Class 1 and usually Class 2 as well. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Is there a particular DAC you have in mind?
