USB input issue with ARC and iPhone/iPad (ref#OQUJNY)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Can’t reach my Server, remotes or ARC

Can’t connect to my Server, remotes or ARC

· Other ARC issues

Tell us what's going on

· ARC was working fine into the USB input, but no longer? iPhone 15 and 17 same issue. iPad mini does play music into the USB, but ARC requires the network.

Tell us about your home network

· Roon Titan, all works great at home. ARC works fine with Bluetooth, but no longer into USB.

What specifically are you attempting to play through via USB? When connected, are you able to play audio outside of Arc?

Please reproduce the issue and share the specific track name of the song attempted.

From there, we’'ll enable Arc diagnostics for your device to take a closer look.

Are you connecting ARC to another device for playback via USB? What about CarPlay?
