Using 60-day free trial on Nugs without creating new account (ref#G8AJT2)

· I have a Nugs account because I’ve paid for VOD or Livestream shows before, or bought digital downloads thru Nugs, but I don’t have a Nugs subscription. How do I take advantage of the “60-day free trial” for Roon subscribers without creating a new 2nd account on Nugs.net?

Thanks for writing in! Have you already tested heading into Roon Settings>Services and loggin into nugs?

Or, did you receive the Roon promo email / link? If so:

• Copy the redemption link from your email.
• Open your browser in Incognito/Private mode.
• Paste the link there.
• When the landing page appears, look for a small "Sign In" or "Log In" link (usually at the top right or bottom of the sign-up box) instead of filling out the "Create Account" form.
• Log in with your existing nugs credentials. If you don't have an active subscription, it should allow you to "upgrade" to the Hi-Res trial.

Problem resolved. I logged in to Nugs in browser, than opened email link to 60-day trial offer and it applied it to my existing Nugs account since I was still a new “subscriber”.
