Using the package for Synology- installation fails

I downloaded the .spk and when I try to install manually, it fails to install with “The operation failed. Please sign in to DSM and try again”
Any ideas?
BTW I don’t have the option:
"Click on the settings button in the package center and change the trust level to “Any publisher”.

Check this out, however I am not sure if the package for synology should work on your nas, sorry. Hope this helps.
