One clue for anyone still having intermittent disconnection issues with 918 on Win10 remotes. The fix proposed by Roon didn’t appear to work for me, albeit maybe it was only intended to work after a few more shut downs and reboots. What did appear to correlate with a remedy of this issue was that I had one Win10 remote not updated to 918, open on a PC with the monitor off and the update notification up, and when I clicked “update all” on that PC the problem seems to have stopped. Can’t say definitively that is what did it, and cannot say definitively that Roon’s fix didn’t work although it didn’t appear to. Just something for folks to try if having issues.
