Description of Issue

Trying out Roon at the moment. Since connecting the Iris with the Pontus via SPDIF I can’t control the volume via Roon. Rebooted everything, but no luck. Completely removed Roon (including Library files) and reinstalled it, but no luck. In Audirvana it’s working properly. With USB connected directly it was working. Hope someone can help me with this problem. Cheers!

With USB connected directly it was working.

USB, that is what “Device volume” is for. Try to choose “DSP volume” instead if available while using SPDIF. See also:
