Volume Control Roon and NAS/Bryston 3.14

My Roon is working on my NAS
and I use Bryston 3.14
I can’t control volume on roon ( all apps- ipad/phone etc) apps…
fixed volume but I cannot control volume
Any advice?

When you select ‘Use Device Controls’, are you able to better control the volume? Be sure to give your network, router, core and devices a hard reboot as well to start with a clean slate.
