This same issue has happened to me 4 times now since firmware update to 1.8. Endpoint is KEF LS50.

I’m so sorry to hear you’ve ran into this. Could you please tell us more about your system and issue, using this as a guide?
Have you tried a different Device volume setting in your device setup? There are three choices.
