Describe your network setup
I had Roon running on my 2020 intel iMac worked fine and then didn't you are asking far more technical questions than I can answer
Well are there lights that usually indicate if a computer is turned on? Obviously, if you are just using the one Mac Mini (not a separate server), then it’s on.
Most likely you can simply click the Select a different Roon Server button. Ignore the warning that it will display. Then it will show you a list of available Roon Servers, which will usually be your usual one and you can reconnect.
Sometimes Roon gets confused about which server is connected to, so you can reconnect it in this way.
Roon updates tend to cause MacOS to block Roon’s network access.
On a machine running both Roon Server and Roon Remote, this will sever access between the two and cause the screen you see.
Please navigate to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and toggle Roon’s permissions on (or off/back on if you’d already enabled them). This will usually reestablish server access.
Our diagnostics servers show that Roon Server was recently online. Are we correct in assuming you’ve resolved this issue? Please let us know if we can assist further. Thank you!
