"Waiting for your Roon Server" message

New problem: Every 5 or 10 minutes the music stops and I get a “Waiting for your Roon server” message and then the music resumes. Happens with music on the server (the Geekom listed below) and streaming from Qobuz. It is a Geekom mini that I have used successfully since December 2023.

Are you connected to the Roon server by WiFi or wired Ethernet?

All wired Ethernet. It’s been going on for a few days and, as I said it happens with music on the computer or played with Qobuz. Also, have not had a problem with Youtube or any other program.

Have you speed checked your internet provider?

Thanks for reaching out with your report. I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account and I believe I see the issue. It looks like you are impacted by an issue surrounding Qobuz that we are investigating.

We have some changes that should help with this behavior in our next Roon release. If you wish to mitigate this behavior until the next release, you can disable Qobuz and restart RoonServer. Otherwise, please keep an eye on our release notes section and let us know how things are performing after the Roon release is made publically available, thanks!

Thanks. I turned off Qobuz and have not a problem for two hours. Of course the bad is news is - I tuned off Qobuz!!! Looking forward to the new release and I will keep you posted. Thanks.

Thanks for the confirmation that disabling Qobuz temporarily solves the issue @Edward_Deptula , in this case it is the issue we are aware of and working on.
