What are you reading?

That should be waiting for me when I return home.

Finished this last week…

…and just started reading Alchemized, although it could be a week or so before I get into it. I’m not in the right frame of mind.

I’ve just ended reading Alchemized. In the beginning it was a bit hard (or dull perhaps), but it’s getting better and better. So I really liked it.

Succes.

Glad you liked it, I finished the latest last week which finishes all the series at least for now. I think you have about 20 books ahead of you if they keep your interest. But there are 3 or 4 story arcs with different hero’s that all come together towards the end. ENjoyable stuff if a little predictable at time.

Great value in my house as I read them, the wife reads them, my dad and his girlfried too

Wow it’s a long long time since I read that book.

Peter Straub was always a favourite author, and that other guy is not half bad either.

Re reading these two. Gallows Pole is a great interpretation of real events that happened in the Calder Valley, before the Industrial Revolution in the UK. Will be laying a few coins on “King” David Hartley’s grave tomorrow in the hilltop Yorkshire village of Heptonstall.
