What We Are Listening To [2022-07]

This without doubt is one of the best cycles of Mozart’s 23 quartets ever! And with excellent recorded sound to boot!

I’m sure you will enjoy it many many times. :+1::+1:

On the Irish theme, this was the latest release a few days ago from Dermot Kennedy. Has had some nice releases over the years.

Fantastic vocals, good lyrics on many songs. However, I much prefer when he is accompanied by Piano and instruments rather than the drum machine etc.

Would love to hear him do a album with a full orchestra!!

@Rockhound Bandcamp mate?? Aussie Band too hey!

Too many good bands slip under our radars. Lucky the forum is here.

Have lined up their 2021 Release, “Entrophy” next…

Normally it is pretty much guaranteed here at this time of year - this year, not so much. On the other hand, when I lived in Scotland that was very much how I felt!!

Great recommendations from @Rockhound on Acolyte and Burntfield.

Just started the listen on Polyphia and some “Nasty” (pun intended) string work going on.
