When clicking the add button on an album it keeps loading and isn't added to my library

Description of Issue

When pressing the + button next to an album i get a pop up saying the album was added but the icon keeps loading (circular movement). I have to close roon totally and restart it then it shows the heart next to the album.

The problem with this is if I don’t close and re-open roon then when I added a track to my playlist it won’t show the track is added to the playlist in album view.

I have 38,000 tracks.

We’re sorry to hear that albums aren’t being added to your Roon library. We’d be happy to help.

Can you tell us a little more about your network and how your Core is connected to internet? Are you using a wired connection? If not, let’s first try doing that first.

Are you having this issue when trying to add albums while using your Core or when using a remote?

We’ll be watching for your reply and get back to you as soon as we can.

For future reference, you can find the track count at the top of your home page in Roon (along with a count for Artists, Albums and Composers).

Roon core is my pc thats connected directly via ethernet cable.
