When I updated Roon it now will not find the Roon Server on Windows 10

When I updated Roon today it now will not find the Roon server nor will it configure a new Roon server on my Windows 10 computer. My antivirus software tried to block the Roon update.

Are you using Avast? It’s probably reporting a false positive, in which case report it to Avast and create an exception for the time being

Avast seems to have a bit of a history for reporting a false positive for this: https://www.google.com/search?q=idp.generic+avast You can upload the file to VirusTotal which will scan it with about 80 different scanners, this will give you a better picture:
