When will Mytek Brooklyn Bridge Roon II be Certified?

Hi Michal

my thoughts: Folks like me, who already have a core and want to simplify their architecture by having combined equipment, but having several Roon endpoints running in their home, whereas the BB2 is just one of them.

The problem with BB2 here is, it has to be switched on all the time when I want to stream into a zone not equal to BB2. The beauty of a NUC based core is, it can run 7/24. If you now combine in BB2 two devices with disparate switch-on timeframes, this will call for smart powering features, e.g. power-off of the DAC section while stand-by of the embedded core, which powers on as soon as a Roon-endpoint or ARC wants to connect…just as an idea.

ARC is another use-case, where BB2 users cannot benefit as long as the BB2 is switched off at home. Why should someone take a DAC abroad when one could use ARC?
