Thanks for checking the DNS option and sorry to hear it hasn’t helped. Where exactly did you change the DNS, was it on the ROCK or on the router itself?

What kind of router and ISP do you have? If you can provide some more details regarding your network setup, we may be able to provide some more suggestions in that direction.
