Why does Roon mix two albums by different artists with the same title?

Hello guys,
I discovered while listening to the new 2025 remaster of “The lamb lies down on Broadway” by Genesis that Roon mistakenly inserts as a double artist Genesis and Gazzara. Gazzara made the famous album a solo version for piano, Roon adds it as an artist to the original record. I checked on Qobuz and Tidal but the credits appear to be correct. The error is only on Roon. Why this weird match?
Cheers from Rome
Marco

I checked this Tidal album in Roon, the deluxe edition. It appears to be a double disc album. The second disc only has Gazzara as a performer for all tracks, together with Genesis.
Could that be an explanation?

I don’t know
I also discovered that the Gazzara album is included by Roon in the versions available to play

I would guess an unfortunate result of Roon’s credit logic (there is a lot going on in the background to divide, disambiguate, merge, etc., credits. We have seen such things before).

I’d suggest moving to Support > Metadata for @joel to take a look.
