Description Of Issue

I have an album (“Bach - Isoir - Organ Transcriptions”), which contains eight tracks which I have verified have identical tags for all the major fields (album title, artists, etc …). When I place this album on my QNAP NAS and open Roon, the album is split into two separate albums, with six tracks on one album and two tracks on the other album.

Why is this happening?

Hi @Bill_J,

Can you share a screenshot of this album in the storage location, including the folder path where it’s located?

You can use the Merge Albums feature to merge these into one album.
