Is the download link you are using from this page : https://roonlabs.com/downloads.html ?

I’ve just tried it and it download for me, I’m wondering if this is a geolocation issue.

maybe ,i’m in china ,but windows64 bit is ok

I just checked and, like Carl, confirmed that this seems to be working here.

Do you have any antivirus or firewall running on your Core machine that might be blocking the download?

Alternatively, you can give a VPN a try and see if you can download the file that way. I
