Hey @Dan_Clark,

Thanks for writing in!

We’re not seeing your WiiM tied to your account at all - could you please reproduce the issue and share the track name the next time you experience stoppage in playback?

We’ll be monitoring for your reply - thank you! :raising_hands:

Hi Benjamin, it is on my home network using the Deja-Vu server. It’s not on the network hosted by the Mac Mini at work.

Hi @Dan_Clark ,

Thanks for confirming the server is the Deja-Vu. We were able to locate the server and enabled diagnostics on it, but we are not seeing any dropouts or stoppages after doing a search of the logs. Can you please confirm the exact local time + date + track when the issue next occurs so that we can focus our log analysis efforts better? Thanks!

Yes, I’ve been out of town a few days but will try tonight.

Perfect, thank you @Dan_Clark! We’ll be on standby for your reply and results.

Hi, well oddly enough (and happily) the problem at home hasn’t recurred, after several months of trouble, maybe the most recent update fixed it.

Alas the problem just started at my office today on the Mac unit connecting to the Luxsin. This is only occurring on the USB C input, which makes me wonder about the cable. USB B input seems stable, so I’m not sure this is relevant yet.

You should be able to see it halting multiple times within one track.

Hey @Dan_Clark,

Thanks for the update! We took a look at logs, and saw some network hiccups, but no obvious signs at unnatural playback stoppages.

What song you were you having difficulties with specifically?

Let me know if changing the cable has any effect - thank you! :folded_hands:

Both systems currently stable, I didn’t change anything but the most recent Roon update seems to have resolved the issue.
