Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

· not sure what this means, i have also tried with the firewall turned off and its still the same

windows 11, I get a message to use the login authernicator but the screen times out. i get an email saying i tried to log in.

Thanks for reaching to us with this problem.

if you want to set it up as new or you have a working backup please try to start with a new database:

1)Exit out of Roon + RoonServer (from taskbar area)

2. Navigate to your Database Location

3)Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”

4)Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder

5. Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
