This is the Tucson band, XIXA:

The issue is with this album (and a few singles, see below)
It has this Winston Watson in the credits:
However, this WW is a former background singer of Bob Marley and died in Jamaica in 2019, 3 years before the XIXA album was released.
(Other credits are missing as well, the real WW (see below) is drumming in XIXA.)
This other XIXA album has the correct Winston Watson, who was a drummer in Dylan’s Neverending Tour band, lives in Tucson, AZ, where XIXA is from. (Side note: this album however has the wrong capitalization, it’s XIXA not Xixa, see artist page and other releases).
Not too long ago, I reported an equivalence error for the two Winston Watsons (who had been conflated into one), which was fixed. The two WW’s are now separate, now it’s just a question of crediting the right one
