Mine was given to me by my parents at age 5

War of the Worlds (1978) pre-release promo won in a Melody Maker competition. I bought it from a school friend.

I can’t remember my first album, it probably was a now lost record of children’s songs. Still remember my first CD, though. I bought a CD player with my pocket money and this was the disk I could afford together with the player. Good times.

The Best of the Animals. I got it as a present shortly after it was released in 1966. I was 10. I still like this album.
