Just bought a copy of this Saturday, yesterday.
I guess we all make mistakes? I bought it for the uptempo “What time is love”, but the version which I could hear on the radio… is not on the CD
Commodores Live. Bass track still kicks it…
I think the lyrics would be banned in today’s realm on some of those songs…
I also own this album. It was and still is ‘Great’
Live album by
Grateful Dead
Released September 24, 1971
Recorded March 24 – April 29, 1971
Genre * Jam rock
I no longer have the actual album but this was the first one I owned, at the grand old age of four, possibly five. I still have a listen every once in a while
My version of the album (US), has a sticker over the Yazoo that says Yaz.
They were going to get sued for using yazoo if I remember?
Please explain.
Thanks, I did not know that.
and I still do not know which was my first CD……
damn.
CD. You must be well below average forum member age
Some it might be first 78
This was my first purchase. Bought it used at a pawn shop when I was 13.
White, male, mid fifties, I think I am totally average here.
I think it was most probably Dire Straits Brothers in Arms, because it was THE CD back then (but years after the release, CD players were quite some time way to expensive for me).
Having looked at many posts, my guess is the average age in community is around 60…
