i was nineteen

These two 1969 purchased myself, had others before given as birthday prezzies

Just bought a copy of this Saturday, yesterday.


Proved to be a good starter album since it led me to explore the blues and follow Clapton and Green’s music for decades.

I guess we all make mistakes? I bought it for the uptempo “What time is love”, but the version which I could hear on the radio… is not on the CD :sob:

I no longer have the actual album but this was the first one I owned, at the grand old age of four, possibly five. I still have a listen every once in a while :slight_smile:

I think it was most probably Dire Straits Brothers in Arms, because it was THE CD back then (but years after the release, CD players were quite some time way to expensive for me).
