That’s tax related on regular buildings: as long as the building isn’t finished, the taxes do not apply…
Yes, I knew that , I had to check it out once after a Greek holiday, I couldn’t understand why there were so many incomplete buildings

Well I had the net handy…
We killed some time between check out and the airport at Artemida and this old boy was casting and then pulling the net and contents into the bowl.

Some pics of my hometown, Zaltbommel (NL). It’s medieval with the city wall and defense works mostly intact. It boards the river Waal (the biggest river originating from the Rhine). Bridges for the Motorway and railroad are located here.
