Zidoo Z9X Pro not displaying as Roon Ready (ref#KJT4TN)

I have a Zidoo Z9X Pro. Their website is apparently down, so I cannot get info on that end. Is this device Roon Ready or only the Z9X model? I see mixed info online, but I only see the device as an Airplay device on my network. It won't play audio as an Airplay device either, but I would prefer it to be like my Wiim Pro as Roon Ready device if possible. Thanks for any guidance!

Describe your network setup

Unifi setup (dream machine, APs, and switches). All Roon devices are on same network, most via Ethernet.

Any tips on how to get Airplay to at least work on this machine? It appears as a device and is on the same network, but I hit play and it shows the pause button for a second as if it is going to play then it stops.

You can try setting compatibility mode to on its in the advanced settings for the device.

That did not work either, unfortunately. My other Airplay devices work fine. This and my LG TV will show up in the app as a device, but getting playback is impossible.

Sorry out of ideas then.
